Additional rules
1. No parties, intoxicated behavior, illegal drugs, or smoking indoors (cigarettes or marijuana). Designated areas for cigarette smoking only.
2. Prior approval needed for pets/extra guests in the room.
3. Prohibited: illegal movie/music downloads/uploads using our Spectrum/Time Warner internet.
4. Maintain harmony with other guests if renting individual rooms in the apartment.
5. Turn off AC, TV, and electronics before leaving. Continuous AC usage when absent incurs an additional $200/month charge.
6. Quiet hours: 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
7. Dispose of oil, bones, and leftovers in trash cans, not the garbage disposal.
8. Use toilet only for toilet paper and seat covers to prevent clogs.
9. Clean up shared spaces immediately. Failure incurs a $200 penalty per occurrence based on guest complaints.
10. Respect designated spaces and items of other guests in common areas. Borrowing/using items without permission leads to lease termination upon continuous complaints.
